Treguard and Frégo Do Blackpool was the first RPG spin off film to be made.

The origins of the film begin in June 2002, while Forester was paying fellow RPG member Kieran a social visit at his home in Blackpool. The two had an idea to make several spoof scenes using their main RPG characters, set around the Blackpool sand dunes, and filmed on an old SVHS camera.

The same day, Adam Battersby offered to bring his digital camera with him so we could film a 'more serious' set of scenes.
The team of three duly made up the entire plot on the fly, with Kieran reprising his Treguard role (see Treguard (RPG)) and Forester reprising Frégo, the two characters they had recently played in RPG Season 4. Adam duly took over camera duties.

The film took two days to film, utilising many famous areas in Blackpool, such as Blackpool Tower, the sand dunes (part of which are actually in St. Annes) and the Golden Mile. Each and every scene ended up being totally improvised.
Later that summer, in August, it was decided to film several 'linking scenes' in Manchester which would help explain the little plot that actually existed. For most of these scenes, Matt took over as camera man.

In one shot, you can actually see two other RPG members in the background, Robin John Barlow and Rachel, though they were certainly never supposed to appear.

This film is considered to be a bit of fun for several bored RPG group members with very little else to do, certainly nothing more serious than that.

In August 2003 Kieran, Forester and Keith all provided audio commentary for the film during a trip to Loughborough, with Keith providing several questions for the two cast members to answer and reminisce over.

At the time of writing, the film has yet to be given a communal broadcast, but has been seen by many lucky RPG members at a few social events over the years.
